AI recommendation intelligence

Become the brand AI recommends

When buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Google's AI which marketing or email platform to choose, NodellGraph shows why it picks a competitor and the evidence behind the answer — then turns every lost recommendation into work your team can act on. GEO tracking is where it starts, not where it stops.

  • Understand the recommendations — which competitors each answer names, the reasons it gives, and the pages it cites.
  • Connect the evidence — a Fix-It Playbook of the exact pages to get listed on, with tracking for each one you take on.
  • Measure the change — every question asked several times, so every score carries a margin of error and alerts fire only on real movement.

One AI answer is an anecdote. NodellGraph measures the pattern.

Ask ChatGPT the same question twice and you can get two different answers. So every prompt is asked several times on every run, and every score comes with a margin of error.

  • The shaded band is the margin. A week that stays inside it is noise, not news.
  • Alerts fire only when a change clears the noise — so you act on real movement.

How NodellGraph works

One loop: see, understand, act, verify.

Tracking tells you whether you're visible. NodellGraph goes on to why a competitor gets picked, what to change, and whether the next run moved.

  1. See

Your buyers' questions run weekly across ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity, plus Gemini and Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode if you choose — each asked several times.

  2. Understand

Which competitors each answer recommends, the reasons it gives for picking them, and the exact pages it cites.

  3. Act

The Fix-It Playbook turns every gap into a task with the source attached, and tracks the ones you take on.

  4. Verify

Compare each run with the last, engine by engine. A change that stays inside the noise isn't news; when one clears it, you're alerted.

Every run feeds the next.

Where NodellGraph is headed

GEO tracking is the entry point. Recommendation intelligence is the goal.

NodellGraph is being built into the system B2B software companies use to understand, improve, and measure how AI influences buyer decisions. Next on the roadmap:

  • On the roadmap

    Verified Wins

An outcome status for each playbook action, from later runs asking the same questions the same way.

  • On the roadmap

    AI brand knowledge graph

One source-linked map of your products, features, use cases, competitors, evidence, and the recommendations they earn.

  • On the roadmap

    Revenue attribution

Starting with visits from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini — tying recommendations to traffic and pipeline.

Questions, answered

What is NodellGraph?
AI recommendation intelligence for B2B software companies. NodellGraph asks AI assistants the questions your customers ask, on a schedule, and records whether they recommend you, how highly, in what tone, which websites they rely on, and the reasons they give. It does the same for the competitors you choose, then shows where they get recommended and you don't, and what to do about it.
Is this AI search visibility tracking?
That's where it starts. Visibility tracking — often called GEO — tells you whether AI names you. NodellGraph goes on to why it picks a competitor instead, which sources shaped the answer, and which changes to make first.
Which AI engines does NodellGraph track?
Most projects start on ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and Google AI Mode can be turned on for any prompt. Every plan includes every engine, and the price doesn't change with the engines you pick. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini are asked through each provider's official API; Google's AI answers come from Google search data via a third-party provider.
Why ask each question more than once?
The same question gets a different answer from one try to the next, so one check is one draw. NodellGraph asks every prompt 3 times per engine on every run by default, and reports an average with a margin of error. A change inside the margin isn't a real change, and alerts fire only when one clears it.
Why don't my results match what I see in ChatGPT?
Your own account remembers you — past chats, saved memory, your location — so the answer you see is shaped for you. NodellGraph asks as a new user with none of that, several times, so the result reflects what a typical buyer is told.
How often are results updated?
Every plan runs weekly — AI answers rarely change faster, and a weekly trend is what shows real movement. Daily tracking is available as an add-on at $15 per prompt per month.
Is this the same as SEO?
Related, not the same. SEO is about ranking in a list of links; an AI engine reads pages for the buyer and writes one answer. Good SEO helps, because AI engines search the web too, but they weigh what other sites say about you heavily — reviews, comparisons, forum threads. This work is often called generative engine optimization (GEO), or answer engine optimization (AEO).
Do I need technical skills or website changes?
No. Setup is your business name, website, competitors, and the questions customers ask. Most suggested actions happen off your site: claiming a review profile, asking a writer to add you to a list, joining a community thread.
